No idea just yet. Gonna get the ceiling opened back up since last time it was an emergency drainage system and that is now fixed. No other pipes in there and no rain or anything. It stopped after a few hours this time.

thanks! At least its already all torn up there so its not the end of the world. I was so upset the first time the issue happened as that was the first room I finished! Or thought I had… hehe
